The large upper deck is equipped with a well stocked bar and is the perfect area to enjoy juices, cocktails or champagne as you drink in the alluring view where sky and sea meet. There is also a large sultan like day-bed that can host all guests at the same time; one of the reasons why the boat is among the best liveaboard in Komodo for a perfect blend of social.

Magia 2 yacht is not exactly what one would call a sailboat, but she is an elegant labour of love. For the 3D2N and 4D3N trip packages, participants are able to leave on the final day of the trip, with the flight schedule arranged to suit their needs. However, for the 2D1N package, participants may depart one day after the end of the trip.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation
- If there is a cancellation by the participant, then the payment that has been made cannot be refund / moved trip / reschedule, but participants can find a replacement person (change name).
- Cancellation due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, and other coercive conditions), the trip can be changed / canceled and there is no refund to participants for facilities that are not used or imposed any losses / inconvenience to the organizer. (Force Majeure: an event that occurs beyond human ability and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out properly).
- Participants who arrive late at the meeting point so that they extend the itinerary from a specified time and inconvenience other participants, the late participant is deemed to resign and there is no refund.
Responsibility
- Phinisi Luxury is not responsible and cannot be prosecuted for changes, cancellations of flight schedules, baggage damage / loss / delay by airlines, hotels or other transportation, damage / loss of personal belongings of participants during the trip and changes / reduction in travel due to Force Majeure.
- Participants are responsible for loss / damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, masks, and will be charged according to the price of the item.
- Participants must obey the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent.
- If there are participants who bring illegal drugs or make riots that make inconvenience to other participants during the trip, we have the right to issue / repatriate the participant without any refunds that have been paid.
